Lise's work in interiors, research and styling began 'officially' when she was commissioned by CASE da Abitare, Milan, to curate and coordinate a 70 page special issue on New Zealand style and living. Out in September 2004.

The project began in 2003 with a 6 week road trip around the north island together with Alice Fiorilli,photographer. It then evolved and developed further as Lise met and collaborated with local artists, photographers and stylists.

Lise sought out an interior 'point of view' that was representative of and unique to NZ style.
